- Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Certain products may require additional handling time. If so, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order via email or phone.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is:

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and your country's customs clearance procedures.
3. Shipping Charges
- Worldwide Shipping: Flat rate USD $30 per order
- Shipping to India: Flat rate USD $5 per order
- Free Worldwide Shipping: Available on orders over USD $500
All rates are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping Coverage
We ship to most countries worldwide.
If our couriers cannot service your location, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or issue a refund.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your registered email or phone number. You may track your shipment online until delivery.
6. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Your country's customs authority may apply Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
Rudra House is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance checks.
7. Delays & External Factors
Rudra House is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- natural disasters
- customs clearance
- courier delays
- government restrictions
- pandemic disruptions
- The customer provided incorrect shipping information.
We appreciate your patience in such cases.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date at info@rudrahouse.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged product & packaging (if applicable)
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Eligibility for replacement or refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
If a package is returned due to:
- incorrect address
- Refusal to accept delivery
- failure to pay customs duties
Reshipping fees will apply
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus shipping costs.

Ownership and risk for the products pass to you once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
