Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

Initiating a Return or Exchange: If you need to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with our customer service team promptly. We will guide you through the process to ensure it is as hassle-free as possible.

Notification Period: You must inform us of your intent to return, exchange, or cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) or at the time of purchase. This prompt notification allows us to manage your request efficiently.

Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent). In such instances, Rudrahouse will cover the return shipping charges.

Processing Fee: A processing fee of 7% will be applied to the total order amount for any returned or exchanged items. This fee covers part of the costs of processing your return or exchange.

Return Window: Items must be returned to Rudrahouse within one week (7 days) from the date of receipt. We encourage you to return the items promptly to ensure a smooth refund process.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), Rudrahouse will process your refund within 2-3 weeks. This timeframe allows us to thoroughly assess the condition of the returned product and initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement item. We may offer an alternative solution or a refund if the desired item is unavailable.

Cancellation Requests: For cancellation requests made after the initial 24-hour window, we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is processed.
