Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy — RudraHouse.com

At Rudra House, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to return, exchange, or cancel an order. Please review the policy below for complete details.

1. Return & Exchange Request Window

You must notify us of your intention to return, exchange, or cancel an order within 72 hours of receiving your item(s) or at the time of purchase.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent), Rudra House will cover the return shipping cost

3. Processing / Restocking Fee

A 7% processing fee applies to the total order value for all approved returns or exchanges.

This fee covers handling, inspection, and payment processing costs.

4. Return Timeframe

Approved return items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.

Items received after this period may be rejected.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2–3 weeks after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories & certificates must be included

Items returned used, altered, damaged, or incomplete may be refused or subject to a deduction.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, cultural and authentication reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Worn spiritual/religious beads
  • Customised or special-order items
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund (minus applicable fees) may be issued instead.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@rudrahouse.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of product & packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

10. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Cancellation requests after processing or dispatch may not be possible

If cancellation is approved, the 7% processing fee applies.

11. Customs / Duties & Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs (if any) will be deducted from the refund
  • Processing fees still apply

12. Policy Compliance

Rudra House reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy.
